It isn't often anymore that this mom gets to bake a cake for one of her children, but today was such a day! Michael's been home since Tuesday morning, and is planning to return Sunday evening. And today was his birthday! Another reason for pancakes for breakfast, and cake for supper's dessert! But wait -

Yes, truly, time does blow by quickly.
However - this grown child of mine in his late 20's still does the unexpected, and is still exploring his world!
